EDG is a specialised corporate support unit within the GRM Futures group which will operate across all clients and Business Units (BU's) providing thought leadership and setting guidelines for the BU's to follow with regard to the definition, tracking and reporting of project results/impact. EDG will establish its credentials as "best in class" in the evaluation and results management space of the international development world (both public and private sector). This will be done through a combination of selected strategic assignments for our existing and other clients, as well as through participation in international conferences and symposia, and the publication of thought pieces and peer reviewed papers - the primary focus of EDG's work will however be internal support to the group and the application of best practices.

The overall strategy for this position is to provide thought and general leadership to establish GRM Futures Group as a world leader in development effectiveness and value. The end goal is the expansion of the international development business of the GRM Futures group both with traditional bi-lateral donors but more importantly into the new modalities of development funding involving private sector funding. This will be done through supporting the client focused Business Units (BU’s) to build strong portfolios with key bilateral and private sector clients.
