Description
Checchi and Company Consulting, Inc. (www.checchiconsulting.com) has an opening for a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager to be based in Kabul, Afghanistan. Applicants should possess the following qualifications:
- at least ten years of international experience in designing, monitoring and evaluating donor programs and activities;
- experience operating in complex, post-conflict environments;
- graduate degree and advanced academic training in social science research methods;
- in-depth knowledge of current M&E tools and approaches as applied by USAID;
- excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage STTA evaluation teams;
- field experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies;
- relevant training experience and demonstrated leadership, communications and writing skills
