Hagar Afghanistan’s office opened its doors in 2008 and has adapted Hagar’s innovative and holistic programmes to meet the needs of Afghanistan’s survivors of abuse and exploitation.
The Programme Development Coordinator is responsible to provide leadership to Hagar Afghanistan’s (HA) Programming Department, support program managers in all stages of project cycle management (DME), represent Hagar to in-country donors, develop quality grant applications, oversee research projects and ensure quality donor management.
The right candidate for the Programme Development Coordinator will:
- Demonstrate experience in Programme Cycle Management, M&E, Reporting and Proposal Writing
- Good analytical and strategic thinker
- High level of attention to detail and quality
- Able to communicate in cross-cultural
- Able to handle pressure well!
