Project Summary:
The objective of SIAP-1 is to contribute to good governance in Indonesia by strengthening integrity and accountability in government – principally at the national level. It does this by supporting governmental and non-governmental efforts to strengthen integrity and accountability.

The Administrative Officer will provide administrative support to other Project employees and partner organizations, and thereby contribute to the success of the Strengthening Integrity and Accountability Program-1 (SIAP-1) in Indonesia. The Administrative Officer will report to the Administration, HR, and Finance Manager.
**This is a local position; only Indonesian nationals will be considered.**
• Maintain office operations including purchasing office supplies, and communicating with service providers for maintenance of the office and office equipment, etc.
• Provide administrative support for project meetings, training workshops, seminars and conferences, including arrangements with facilities, travel planning, and associated payments
• Arrange trips for project personnel (making reservations, purchasing tickets, etc.)
• Serve as first project representative to welcome visitors to office.
• Answer incoming calls in English and Indonesian and transfer them to the responsible staff
• Send faxes, make copies, and conduct other administrative functions on the request of the COP with relation to the project.
• When necessary, provide translation support in Indonesian and English.
• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondences
• Maintain computer and internet systems
• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
• Monitor the use of supplies and equipment
• Coordinate the driver’s schedule
• Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
• Perform other project-related tasks that are consistent with the overall focus of the assignment
Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• At least three years in similar position
• Ability to balance parallel priorities
• Attention to detail and thoroughness
• Fluent oral and written English
• Experience with basic IT system troubleshooting
