IMT’s Technology and Engineering department is responsible for providing and maintaining the IT infrastructure framework, which supports staff and business applications in an efficient and cost-effective manner. The department strives to provide quality services to meet a variety of business requirements and its performance is regularly assessed by means of industry relevant benchmarks and annual certification/compliance with standards frameworks, including SOX, ISO2000,and ISO27001.

The scope of activities for IMT’s Technology and Engineering department includes a wide range of services, including data center operations, global network telecommunications, video-conferencing,desktop and server support for Windows, UNIX, and Linux, email, collaboration, portals, Web,financial and HR platform support with SAP and PeopleSoft. The services are tightly integrated and standardized in a way to provide 24x7 availability and transparency to WBG employees and clients around the world.

Duties and Accountabilities:
The World Bank Group would like to seek expertise of a Documentum System Analyst to:
•    Work with the Project Architect to define the system landscape required to support a reliable, robust and efficient infrastructure architecture.
•    Install and administer the various components required to setup a complete Documentum system. The core components will be installed on a Sun Solaris suite of servers.
•    Administer the software to create accounts, profiles, DocBases etc.
•    Review and apply security related rules and constraints to the system
•    Integrate Documentum with an authentication/authorization framework. SiteMinder (CA) or Microsoft AD.
•    Integrate Documentun with SAP and Lotus-Notes
•    Integrate Documentum with Share Point and Quikr (IBM)
•    Establish tools to monitor and alert for system performances, outages etc.
•    Create documentation for installation, upgrades and trouble shooting.
•    Knowledge-transfer to inhouse staff
•    Participate in discussions with the World Bank Group team and provide expert advice regarding Documentum Admin.
•    Develop position papers and reports as needed.
•    Provide hands-on support for installation, configuration and deployment of the suite of software that are required for the project deployment.
•    Provide documentum administration. Have strong Documentum architecture knowledge; experience in using Documentum administration and development tools (Documentum Administrator, DQL, API, Workflow Manager, Developer Studio/Application Builder)
•    Enable use of Web publisher or WebTop, creating workflow and lifecycles
•    Fine tune the data-bases from performance and availability.
•    Install and configure various components like Documentum, Captiva, RM
•    Strong, proven track record in administering the infrastructure for large, distributed enterprise Documentum implementations.
•    Hands-on experience in working with the storage team to recommend clustering strategy, tiered storage setup and overall storage configuration.
•    Hands-on experience in working with Solaris sys admins in configuring HA, and capacity planning.
•    Support of mission critical systems with focus on high availability, local and remote fail over capabilities.
•    Adhere to Service Level agreements/Operational level agreements and take every possible step for high availability and resilient services.
•    Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and/or as part of a team under different circumstances.
•    Adhering to and enforce all Information security and system management Standards for hardware and software, including change management practices and institution policies.
•    Strong troubleshooting, and analytical skills in solving access/security related issues  

Selection Criteria:
•    Minimum 4- 6 years  of experience in Document Admin
•    BE/BS in relevant Engineering Degree.
•    Experienced in integration of Documentum with SharePoint (MOSS) as a collaboration front-end Documentum v6 experience is mandatory
•    Documentum v6 integration with SAP and Lotus Notes is mandatory.
•    Knowledge in Java, JSP, XML and DFC a plus.
