Description

CARE is seeking a talented fellow to review and finalize a knowledge management/information strategy for the country office.  The main deliverables are the knowledge management/information strategy and finalizing the country office advocacy strategy. Primary Responsibilities: Review current Knowledge management and learning efforts in the organization and develop/finalize a  concrete KM and learning strategy  connecting all parts of the CO; Draft guideline to roll out/operationalize the KM and learning strategy across the CO; Engage and contribute to institutionalization of the CO information management endeavors; Support SALT team to create common program resources and institutionalize learning events/processes more systematically using existing forums across various regions of CARE Bangladesh. Required Skills: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written); Strong proficiency in MS Office; Degree in strategic communications, social sciences, or related discipline is preferable.
