- Masters or equivalent degree preferably in Urban & Rural Planning/Statistics/ Anthropology/Sociology/Economics/Gender Studies/MIS from any recognized university.
- Professional course or training on monitoring, evaluation, research methodology and database management from any recognized university or institute will be an added qualification.
- At least 4 years experience in development field of which three years exclusively in Monitoring and Evaluation work with an international organization/NGO.
- Hands-on experience in designing and dealing with database system, survey methodologies, data collection, processing, analysis and report writing skills.
