• Project: SUPPORT PROGRAMME FOR INFRASTRUCTURE SECTOR STRATEGIES AND ALTERNATIVE FINANCING (SISSAF).
  The overall objectives of the project are:
  - to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery and financial sustainability in the Lebanese infrastructure sectors (energy, water and land transport);
  - to improve aid effectiveness provided to the Lebanese infrastructure sectors.
• Duration: 29 months
• Education: Master Degree in engineering, economics, political sciences or business administration. Specialization in the energy and/or water and/or land transport sector will be an asset.
• Experience: - Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects (in the energy and/or water and/or land transport sector) for activities supporting: the development of sector strategies and programmes, and/or projects' formulation and implementation;
  - Experience of Team Leader/Project Director in at least two projects (of minimum 2 years each) funded by major international donors, in the past ten years;
  - Experience of at least 3 years in the field of international cooperation and preferably in the geographical area of the Southern European Neighbourhood countries;
  - Experience of at least 2 years in institution and capacity building projects;
  - Experience in working with EU-funded projects will be an asset;
  - Excellent spoken and written English, French and Arabic is mandatory.
