Duty station – Dhaka
Salary - Tk.87,708/-(consolidated) per month inclusive of house rent and conveyance allowances. No other benefit is admissible.
Job Profile:
- Develop new business relationships and to manage the social enterprise for icddr,b;
- Identify trendsetter ideas by researching health sector and related events, publications, and announcements;
- Locates or proposes potential business deals ; discovering and exploring opportunities;
- Develops strategies by studying integration of new venture with social enterprise strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials;
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential;
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;
- Managing ongoing business accounts;
- Monitoring sales data and account performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) with good academic records;
- At least six (6) years experience especially in Business Development or Marketing in commercial value chain with clear understanding on Social Enterprise Model;
- Should have training on leadership skill, project management skills and managerial effectiveness;
- Able to prepare and analyze various reports in time, maintaining confidentiality and privacy;
- Experience on forecasting, budgeting, planning and execution of large scale commercial projects;
- Expertise on health strategies developments and innovation in health sector in service development will be an added advantage;
- Branding experience with ATL & BTL strategies development;
- Efficiency in managing national and international partners;
- Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Bangla;
- Very good knowledge and skills on MS-Office application package.
