Duty station - Dhaka
Salary – Tk. 33,386/- (consolidated) per month inclusive of house rent and conveyance allowances. No other benefit is admissible.
Job Profile
- Plan and organize the field visit of FRA and FFW;
- Identify study participants and motivate them to enroll in the study;
- Ensure necessary follow of the enrolled study participants;
- Maintain good relationship and manage problem at the community level;
- Coordinate with Principal Investigator regarding the progress of the study.
- Supervising and monitoring field research work and field staff;
- Prepare monthly and quarterly field activity and progress report in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Masters in Social Sciences;
- 3 years experience in the relevant field;
- Ability to identify field difficulties and communicate such issues, promptly, clearly to the Supervisor;
- Ability to brainstorm solutions to field challenges as they arise, and work with team in achieving problem resolutions;
- Must be an excellent team player, excellent rapport building skill and respectful in the community;
- Skills in data management and analysis;
- Computer skills in MS Word with Bangla typing, MS Excel;
- Must have strong supervision, monitoring, team building, interpersonal and communication skills.
