icddr,b invites applications from suitable candidates for the position of Female Field Worker (3 posts) with
the System Vaccinology under the Centre for Vaccine Sciences. The
appointment will be made on a Contractual Service Agreement basis for 8
months, which is renewable depending on performance and availability of
funds.
Duty station- Dhaka
Salary – Tk.7,830/- (consolidated) per month inclusive of house rent and conveyance allowances. No other benefit is admissible.
Job Profile
- Motivate the study participants;
- Maintain regular communication with the study participant;
- Visit and Follow up as per the protocol;
- Collect stool samples from home to Field Office;
- Accompany the study participants from home to Office;
- Assist in performing field activities and help other colleague.
Requirements
- S.S.C. passed or equivalent; education may be relaxed up to class VIII for more experience candidates;
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience;
- Able to overcome difficulties in the field at the time of collection of data;
- Must have motivational, interpersonal skills and interviewing skills;
- Problem identification and solving skills;
- Able to work in team;
- Good interpersonal skill is desirable.
