Project: Support to Development and Marketing of Income Generating activities in Kyrgyz Prisons.
The global objective is to build the capacity of State Prison Service to build sustainability of the ongoing income generating actions, to further develop the income generating actions and to further support marketing of products prepared in prisons.

Duration: 8 months

Education: Masters Degree academic level or a bachelor’s degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent institution) in the field of law, economy or business administration or minimum 10 years of professional experience in these fields.

Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in the sectors related to Lot 7;
- At least 3 years of working experience, as employee or project expert, in a Governmental or Non-Governmental Prison Service;
- At least 1 year of working experience dealing with income generating activities in prisons (planning, managing and/or marketing);
- Experience in capacity building and training gained in at least one project of similar complexity;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, proficient in report drafting, excellent team working abilities;
- Experience from the country which has successfully reformed its prison service during the past 10-15 years (such as Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovenia, Croatia, Russian Federation, Turkey) would be a strong asset;
- Experience in legal drafting and/or advice in legal issues would be an asset;
- Experience in advising prison top management would be an asset;
- Fluent in Russian (spoken and written);
- Working level of English would be an asset;
- Knowledge of Kyrgyz and/or Turkic language would be an asset.
