Description of Role:
Reporting to the Country Director for Sierra Leone, the Deputy Country Director (DCD) will support the CD in defining the Country Team’s overall strategy, develop clear operational plans for execution, and continually identify opportunities for CHAI to add value and maximize impact.  This new effort represents a significant opportunity to build up a targeted, impact-driven CHAI office in a country with significant public health needs.
