Description:		Cardno Emerging Markets USA, Ltd. (Cardno) is seeking aDeputy Chief of Party candidate for an anticipated USAID-funded program in Tanzania. The program will provide support to national, district and local governments on health care financing, human resources and governance/accountability, and to support increased use of available information to inform decision-making processes.
Qualifications:		Required Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of progressive professional experience in designing, implementing, and managing service delivery and/or systems strengthening programs Advanced degree (at least Masters level) in public health, business administration, social sciences or other related fields Demonstrated experience working with host country government counterparts, policy makes, and a broad array of service providers and community leaders Demonstrated experience providing technical advice to government officials and mentoring service providers Experience working in Tanzania is preferred
