Hagar Cambodia is now looking for a passionate and qualified candidate to fulfill a vacant position as “Employment & Education Operations Manager”.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary qualifications (preferably post graduate) in a relevant field
- At least 5 years development/program management experience, preferably for an INGO in the field of employment and/or education
- At least 2 years experience in senior management role and previous experience working in Cambodia or Southeast Asia
- Well-developed knowledge base of economic empowerment
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Excellent networker/partnership builder & good problem solver
- Willingness to multitask, flexible, adaptable and solution seeking
- Able to take independence of action when required
- Excellent relational skills, especially in cross cultural environment, and ability to work well with national staff
- Value diversity and is committed to people capacity growth
