icddr,b invites applications from suitable candidates for the position of Field Assistant (02 posts) with the Research Group of Universal Health Coverage under the Centre for Equity and Health Systems. The
appointment will be made on a Contractual Service Agreement (CSA)
basis for 8 months, which may be extended for further period depending
on satisfactory performance and availability of funds.
Duty Station – Chakaria, Cox’s Bazar.
Salary - Tk.14,816/-(Consolidated) per month inclusive of house rent and conveyance allowances. No other benefit is admissible.
Job Profile
- Motivate people on health care expenditure and to buy prepaid based health care;
- Monitor, arrange and distribute promotional materials;
- Executing target based marketing strategies and campaign;
- Finding errors and inconsistency in marketing strategies and campaign.
- Organize community based activities to promote health.
Requirements
- SSC Pass;
- Minimum 01 year experience in microfinance and/or any other marketing based activities;
- Problem identification skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Willing to work in teams and participate in target based marketing activities;
- Willing to stay at Chakaria.
