KEY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The position is responsible for overall SRH program leadership, management and program quality that ensures the program achieves the expected objectives and results, while representing value for money. A core responsibility of the Program Manager is the capacity building of national staff and partners in management and promoting evidence-based learning and improvement to maximise Save the Children’s impact and scale in realising the sexual & reproductive health rights of vulnerable groups and children in Papua New Guinea.
