CHF International is seeking an experienced individual to provide strategic and operational leadership for IQC/Economic Development task orders. The IQC Manager/Economic Development will represent CHF to USAID, partners and potential partners, lead task order responses, and assist with technical assistance on the task orders.

Qualifications:
Masters degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
Prior international development field experience in economic development.
Proven experience managing IQCs.
Expertise in economic development and poverty reduction programs funded by USAID required.
8+ years experience managing and/or providing technical assistance to economic development and poverty reduction programs; preferably USAID funded.
Fluency in English required; fluency in other languages highly desired.
US work authorization is required; ability to obtain travel visas to all countries without restriction is needed.
